A dynamic full body barre workout guaranteed to deliver results. Sculpt and tone your body through intentional movements designed to deeply engage your muscles, whilst maintaining focus on technique and beautiful alignment. No barre experience necessary although a good level of fitness recommended. Modifications and progressions offered throughout the class to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout. This invigorating barre practice will slow down into a mindful 30minute flexibility and movement flow incorporating Breathwork practices to calm and restore your body and mind.
