Bespoke physiotherapy-led rehab, designed with your personal movement needs addressed. Embark on a journey to reach your full potential after injury, illness, postpartum, or any setbacks life may have thrown at you. You may have finished treatment for an injury, but not yet feel ready or have the confidence to step into your potential.
Maybe it’s a recurrent injury you can’t seem to shake - whatever your challenge, we will focus on restoring and re-building strength, mobility and function with a focus on future prevention.
Your barrehab. begins with a comprehensive 1:1 movement assessment to identify areas of weakness or dysfunction. After a deep dive into your needs and goals, you will be guided through targeted rehab exercises for the remainder of your consultation. There will be a strong focus on correct alignment and form, and we will monitor how your body responds to the movement, making appropriate adaptations along the way. You can then choose to continue your journey with further 1:1 sessions. Or, when you feel ready to join a class, you will be directed into the right session to suit your personal needs, where I will continue to support you on your journey to recovery.

Take your rehab journey home with you. After your 1:1 consultation, you’ll have the option to purchase a personalised set of 4–5 tailored video sessions designed specifically around your needs. These videos will include additional targeted exercises and progressions to support your recovery, strengthen your body, and help prevent future setbacks.
Each set is unique to you, building on the work we’ve done together in-studio and giving you the confidence to keep moving forward after or between sessions.
