Studio 34 is a classic Pilates class inspired by the original method, based on Joseph Pilates’ 34 mat work exercises. It focuses on foundational movements and principles designed to strengthen, align, and challenge the body. This session emphasises precision, control, breath, and flow, guiding you through a series of traditional exercises with a strong focus on technique and muscular endurance. Expect a focused, low-impact yet demanding class that works deep into the core while building balanced strength and improving posture. Movements are performed with intention and control, creating a sense of flow while maintaining technical accuracy throughout. With a refined and mindful approach, Studio 34 is designed to lengthen muscles, enhance flexibility, and develop strength with control and clarity. Best suited to those with some Pilates experience, this class offers a return to the essence of the method-focused, disciplined movement that leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to your body. *Not suitable for complete beginners or during pregnancy.
