Service Description

Pregnancy Pilates, Barre & Relaxation Class Friday 12th December 1:00–2:30pm Suitable for any stage of pregnancy - and also perfect for post-partum mums looking to reconnect with their bodies. Nurture your body and mind during this time of rapid change, supporting both you and your baby, while aiding labour preparation and post-natal recovery. This special 90-minute session blends safe, effective mat-based Pilates with the balletic grace and full-body engagement of Barre. We’ll shine a spotlight on balance, posture, mobility and correct alignment, helping you move with greater ease throughout pregnancy and beyond. You’ll explore the powerful connection between your breath, pelvic floor and deep core, strengthening these foundations to support your pregnancy or post-partum journey with comfort and confidence. We’ll finish with an empowering yet calming breathwork practice, followed by a restorative guided meditation to leave you feeling grounded, present and fully connected to your body.
